Requirements

• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis for business-focused initiatives
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and key performance indicators
• Initiate projects with a strong analytics-first mindset and drive solution design
• Manage project delivery using Azure DevOps in a sprint-based Agile framework
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused projects
