Financial Analyst II

The Financial Analyst II plays a key role in providing financial analysis and operational support to senior management and executives, developing and coordinating the company’s financial planning processes, models, and systems, and delivering clear, thoughtful analysis to help leaders better manage the business.

Requirements

• Assist in the annual and periodic budgeting and forecasting processes
• Maintain and update financial planning and reporting models
• Identify trends and emerging issues
• Partner with Accounting to support the monthly close, reporting, and forecast processes
• Prepare and support monthly senior management and Board reporting deliverables
• Produce ad hoc analyses and reports for senior leaders
• Analyze, synthesize, and translate data into meaningful insights
• Conduct research related to financial metrics, benchmarks, and trend analysis
• Participate in cross-functional projects and business analyses
• Contribute to the development and implementation of FP&A process and reporting improvements
