The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role as a strategic finance partner to business leaders, providing insight, ownership, and financial leadership to support PROS’ continued profitable growth.
Requirements
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business units
- Own and enhance financial planning and forecasting models
- Act as the primary finance partner to cross-functional leaders
- Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis
- Own executive-level, Board, and senior management reporting
- Partner closely with Accounting to ensure alignment between forecasts, actuals, and financial reporting
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and reporting
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, benchmarking, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional projects and analyses related to growth initiatives, cost optimization, and operational efficiency
- Serve as a mentor and informal leader to junior analysts
