Role Overview

The Head of Product is responsible for overall product ideas and research, planning, approval, development, and implementation, ensuring profitability in line with regional requirements and consistent with the financial objectives set for PruBSN products.

What You Will Do

Formulate, drive, and monitor product strategic action plans, lead product development initiatives, obtain product approval, develop product marketing capabilities, provide overall leadership for the division, and ensure full compliance with relevant anti-money laundering laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of industry experience in a managerial role, knowledge in product development processes, and experience in dealing with Shariah Committee members of Islamic Financial Institutions.

Requirements

• Tertiary education in any field
• 10 years of industry experience in a managerial role
• Knowledge in product development processes
• Knowledge in Shariah Application to Takaful or Islamic Finance
