Principal FP&A Analyst

PTC is seeking a Principal FP&A Analyst to join its Global Finance organization, supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) functions and regional operations in Eastern Europe.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA a plus)
• 8+ years of FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally in a multinational or technology/SaaS environment
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, planning, and forecasting
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and financial planning systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan) preferred
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills, with ability to translate data into insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate in a fast-paced global environment
