We are looking for an exceptional, full-stack Director of Growth & Demand Generation to own that pipeline end-to-end. You will design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, set up and optimize our cold email infrastructure, and take absolute accountability for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), Pipeline Velocity, and Total Closed-Won Pipeline Value.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience specifically working for custom software development agencies or high-end IT consulting firms
- Experience in building campaigns that directly contributed to closing high-value, six- or seven-figure enterprise service retainers
- Ability to write compelling, sophisticated copy that cuts through the noise in the inboxes
- Self-starter who can map out the macro-strategy and write hyper-personalized email templates
- Ability to audit funnel metrics
