Senior Manager, Digital and Data Strategy

The role involves developing data strategy for NCSS and sector to enable data-informed decision making, overseeing data governance policies, and promoting a data-informed culture. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in data strategy and governance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in data strategy and governance, or a related field
• Familiarity with IM8, Data Protection and Governance Principles and Processes, and WOG standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent understanding of digital technologies, data management and analytics tools
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change
