Role Overview
The role is responsible for supporting SAFCo’s levy collection operations and financial planning & analysis activities, working across finance, audit, compliance, data and corporate services to strengthen operational controls, analytics and data capabilities, financial accountability, regulatory compliance, and SAFCo’s strategic growth and scalability.
What You Will Do
Manage the full end-to-end operational lifecycle of SAF levy collection, manage and supervise the appointed levy collection agent, establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, internal controls, and approval processes, leverage data tools, automation and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, and coordinate closely with CAAS and relevant stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis or data analytics roles, preferably in government-linked entities, aviation, or regulated industries, with strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, supported by strong controls mindset and data analytics skills.

- Proficiency in relevant data analytics, visualization, modelling or automation tools
- Experience applying AI to data management, controls and analytics
- Trained in finance, accounting, economics, business, data analytics, or a related discipline
- Relevant professional accounting, finance, audit, data, or risk qualification
