Role Overview
The Business Development Director will play a key role in driving growth by developing and strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and securing clinical research projects. This home-based position is located in the United States and will focus primarily on the East Coast region, including the Northeast, supporting business development efforts across late-phase clinical research programs.
What You Will Do
The Business Development Director will prospect, generate and develop new leads/business opportunities for Clinical Conduct (clinical trials), Data Management, Medical Writing, Biostats, Pharmacovigilance and other related late-phase services, focusing on our Eastern US region. They will also network and relationship-build at key decision-maker level across key accounts, drive sales to closure working in conjunction with Operations, and meet or exceed annual proposal and sales targets as determined by Management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific discipline or business, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Deep CRO business development experience
- In-depth knowledge of the drug development/clinical trial industry with key contacts and relationships
