As the Giving Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for executing employee giving campaigns, working cross-functionally to coordinate sponsorship requirements, and building strong community relationships and partnerships. The role involves managing a portfolio of nonprofit partner relationships, developing a grants pipeline, and working with internal teams to ensure a unified experience for community partners and external stakeholders. This position requires a leader with initiative, accountability, and strategic thinking, who can build trust-based community relationships and partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, public administration, business, social work, or related field
- Five or more years of experience in corporate philanthropy, foundation, grantmaking, nonprofit fundraising, community relations, or related professional environment
- Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g. GPC, CNP, CFRE) a plus
- Demonstrated experience managing grant portfolios and/or large, complex strategic giving programs
- Experience in budget management and leadership of committees, boards, or volunteer teams
- Proficiency with MS365 and technology tools
