Product CoE – Product Operations Specialist

Questrade Financial Group (QFG) is looking for a Product Operations Specialist to support the product organization, contribute to planning cycles, and drive tooling enablement across the product organization. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in product operations or a related field, exposure to product tooling, and a process-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related field
• Exposure to product tooling in a professional setting (e.g. project tracking, analytics, or documentation tools)
• Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
• Clear written communication skills – comfortable writing documentation and internal guides for a broad audience
• Comfortable working cross-functionally across teams and levels in an enterprise environment
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing ownership over time
