Marketing Manager, Automation

Role Overview

Join QuidelOrtho as a Marketing Manager, Automation to leverage marketing automation tools and technologies to create, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns. The role enhances lead generation, nurturing, and conversion; represents and supports North America new product development by bringing Voice of Customer into the development process; aligns with Global Marketing on product lifecycle strategy; builds compelling portfolio positioning and messaging; and leads cross-functional commercialization of automation solutions and services.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute Automation marketing strategies, plans, and playbooks aligned with North America commercial objectives to drive revenue growth, customer retention, customer adoption, lead generation, system placements, and competitive differentiation. Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives and campaigns that promote Automation and associated service offerings, increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support pipeline growth and funnel conversion.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of equivalent experience in Sales or Marketing within the industry
• Minimum 10 years of healthcare or medical device experience in a commercial organization
• Strong balance of leadership, interpersonal, and conceptual skills resulting from education and work experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytic skills
• Proven experience translating complex technology into simple marketing messages
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly professional demeanor
