Head of Performance (Growth)

We are looking for a Head of Performance (Growth) to be based in our Palo Alto, CA headquarters. As a Head of Performance (Growth), you will serve as the dedicated financial thought partner to our Growth, Retention, and Brand Marketing organizations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in investment banking and private or growth equity, or equivalent role in marketing organization
• Proficiency in cohort and unit economic KPIs (LTV, payback periods, retention cohorts)
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; working SQL or AI-assisted coding platforms for independent data pulls and analysis
• Proven ability to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations that influence business decisions
