The Customer Partner Manager will assist in relationship management of key client counterparts, support internal efforts to improve KLAS and NPS scores, and contribute to R1 strategy development as a customer expert.
Requirements
- Assist in the relationship management of key client counterparts
- Support internal efforts to improve KLAS and NPS scores
- Partner with Service Delivery to deliver to client executives
- Contribute to R1 strategy development as customer expert
- Proactively communicate metric performance
- Act as a change agent to help establish common goals
- Work hand in hand with internal R1 service delivery and operational teams
- Partner with R1 functional leaders on decisions regarding daily operations
- Focus on development, performance, and growth of the Revenue Cycle Team
