Marketing Director

Role Overview

We’re looking for an exceptionally detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven Marketing Director to take full ownership of our marketing function. This role is 100% office-based with no remote or hybrid working opportunities available.

What You Will Do

You’ll own marketing strategy, priorities, execution, and performance. You’ll personally execute marketing initiatives rather than manage a team.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of hands-on marketing experience
• Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Experience with CRM platforms, SMS marketing, and marketing automation
• Strong analytical skills and experience measuring marketing performance
• Exceptional short-form copywriting abilities, particularly SMS marketing and social media captions
• Meticulous attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to consistently produce accurate, polished work
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Experience using data to make marketing decisions
• Ability to work full-time from our office in Trussville, Alabama
