Role Overview

The Area Business Promotion Department leads the creation of customer touchpoints and business growth through real-world channels, with a core focus on the operation of Rakuten Mobile shops nationwide. This position supports the sales operations that underpin our nationwide store network.

What You Will Do

Conduct onboarding for new hires, manage and coordinate manager schedules, aggregate KPI results, handle inquiries from stores, and manage the administrative side of sales promotion tools and events.

Requirements

• TOEIC score of 600 or higher

• Experience in creating internal materials using PowerPoint
