The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for shaping and improving the company’s go-to-market strategy, owning the rhythm of the business, and leading capacity planning, goal setting, and quota/compensation plan administration.
What You Will Do
The Sales Operations Manager will partner with sales leadership, own the rhythm of the business, lead capacity planning, and own quota/compensation plan administration. They will also build dashboards, design and document the sales process, and drive automation and tooling improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related analytical GTM role, with deep hands-on Salesforce experience and experience building systems for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, and forecasting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related analytical GTM role
- Deep, hands-on Salesforce experience
- Experience building systems for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, and forecasting
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort in SQL or a BI tool
- A track record of designing sales processes that reps actually adopt
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Curiosity about GenAI and new tools
