Analyst, FP&A

The FP&A Analyst will support the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes across multiple business functions and channels. This role will assist in the annual budget and reforecast cycles, prepare management reporting and variance analyses, and help maintain accurate financial models and reporting tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related analytical role
• Strong Excel skills and comfort building financial models from scratch
• Foundational understanding of P&L mechanics and financial statement analysis
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication — able to present data clearly and concisely
• Flexible with an entrepreneurial drive
• Enjoys collaborating on a team while possessing a strong independent work ethic
• Genuine interest in the luxury fashion industry and an appreciation for the brand’s heritage and aesthetic
