Role Overview
The Sales Operations Analyst will perform sales operations activities to support the Red Hat Executive team, conducting thorough and ongoing data validation, consolidation, cleansing, and maintenance, as well as supporting mission-critical initiatives.
What You Will Do
The role involves leveraging RHSC dashboards and reporting to maximize actionable and informative data, auditing and resolving data integrity issues, performing mass data imports and exports, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Internship or similar industry experience in opportunity management within any CRM
- Ability to understand and transform data to meet customer needs and business context in a customer-friendly, quality-first manner
- Good analytical and quantitative skills
- Understanding of the IT sales lifecycle, Sales Operations, and Route to Market
- Proficiency with spreadsheets
- Experience working with Salesforce
