Role Overview

As a Director of Digital Growth, you will own one or more categories across the Allconnect Mover Platform, with accountability for the customer experience, business performance, and Fortune 500 partner relationships that power their growth.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage one or more categories within the Allconnect Movers Platform, reaching 30M+ customers annually, and drive measurable customer and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience driving growth in digital businesses
• Proven experience building and scaling digital experiences from 0-1 and beyond
• Track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partner management
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Strong analytical and experimentation mindset
• Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams
• Exceptional communication and influence skills
