We are looking for a GTM Enablement Lead for SMB to serve as the bridge between Reddit’s global GTM priorities and the unique needs of our SMB sales organization. This is a field execution role that involves translating priority business initiatives, product launches, and sales plays into simple, repeatable enablement that drives seller behavior change and business impact.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in GTM Enablement, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, or Sales Leadership
- Experience supporting SMB, scaled sales, commercial, inside sales, or high-velocity revenue teams required
- Experience designing and delivering enablement programs that drive seller behavior change, not just knowledge transfer
