Reddit is looking for a GTM Enablement Lead for SMB to serve as the bridge between Reddit’s global GTM priorities and the unique needs of our SMB sales organization. This is a field execution role that involves translating priority business initiatives, product launches, sales plays, tools, workflows, and commercial programs into simple, repeatable enablement that drives seller behavior change and business impact.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in GTM Enablement, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, or Sales Leadership
- Experience supporting SMB, scaled sales, commercial, inside sales, or high-velocity revenue teams required
- Strong understanding of sales workflows, pipeline generation, opportunity management, seller productivity, and manager reinforcement
- Ability to translate complex business, product, or operational priorities into simple, actionable seller and manager guidance
- Experience building scalable sales plays, launch packages, talk tracks, manager guides, and reinforcement plans
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines
