At Redpin, we are looking for a Sales Manager- B2B to own the B2B go-to-market strategy, manage a small team of Account Executives, and partner closely with the VP of B2B Sales. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in B2B sales teams, a strong background in SaaS or embedded fintech sales, and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing B2B sales teams in an environment.
- A strong background in SaaS or embedded fintech sales, ideally with experience in API-led payment solutions.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling early-stage or new market propositions.
- Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals.
- A consistent track record of overachieving revenue targets at both individual and team levels.
- Excellent strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to balance execution with long-term planning.
- Comfort working in an agile, fast-paced, and evolving business environment.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
