Business Development Analyst, Energy Storage

Redwood Materials is seeking a Business Development Analyst, Energy Storage to support the growth of their utility-scale battery energy storage business. The ideal candidate will have a background in energy storage, utility-scale solar, or grid-connected energy systems, and be able to develop and manage a pipeline of BESS opportunities, support customer engagements, and contribute to RFP responses and commercial proposal development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• 1-5 years of experience in energy storage, utility-scale solar, grid-connected energy systems, or a related energy field
• Demonstrated interest in and growing understanding of energy markets, especially battery energy storage
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and commercial teams
• Ability to travel as needed to support customer engagements and industry events
