Product Field Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

The Product Field Marketing Specialist drives regional awareness, adoption, and sales of Reece VAP Plumbing products, digital solutions, and value-added services. The role partners closely with branch, operations, merchandising, regional leadership, suppliers, and customers to ensure Product and Merchandising Directions are implemented consistently across the branch network.

What You Will Do

Grow regional VAP sales by increasing branch and customer awareness, adoption, and selling confidence. Equip branch teams to understand and consistently sell the full range of Reece VAP Plumbing products.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in product marketing, sales enablement, branch operations, wholesale distribution, plumbing products, or related field work.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region for branch visits, customer/site visits, demonstrations, and training.
