Role Overview

Join Regeneron’s Data, Tech, and Innovation function as a Specialist Reporting Analytics & Business Intelligence, supporting Global Development analytics initiatives in a hybrid work model. Develop and maintain reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making while collaborating with reporting, analytics, and business partners.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and implement advanced Tableau and Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and reports to deliver metrics and analytics that drive business insights. Optimize reporting platforms and business intelligence tools for performance, scalability, and usability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI
• Strong proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation
• Experience integrating Large Language Models within the reporting landscape for advanced reporting capabilities
• Hands-on experience with Qlik (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex datasets
• Familiarity with clinical trial operational data
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business value
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively across partners
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
