Business Development Associate

Join our Small Law New Business team as a Business Development Associate and drive new business acquisition across the legal, small-law market. You’ll be responsible for high levels of outbound activity, qualifying potential clients, and closing opportunities in a fast-paced environment. We offer a permanent full-time role with flexible work-life balance, and we’re open to considering a Law Graduate who is keen to pursue their career in Sales.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified with demonstrated years of work experience in Sales preferably in the legal solutions market. We are also open to considering a Law Graduate who is keen to pursue their career in Sales.
  • High levels of achievement and performance against sales objectives
  • Proficient in solution selling or software sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation and numeracy skills
  • Ability to collaborate and partner to meet customer needs
