We are seeking a Senior Manager of GTM Analytics & Planning to lead the execution of our data strategy, translating high-level commercial goals into actionable, governed data models.
Requirements
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Intelligence
- Planning Expertise: GTM planning, including capacity modeling, quota setting, and headcount planning
- Modern Data Stack: High proficiency in Snowflake and dbt (data build tool) for building scalable, governed data models
- Technical Stack Knowledge: Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R for modeling
- AI & Automation: Experience leveraging AI tooling (e.g., LLMs) to automate GTM workflows, lead routing, or sales intelligence
- Full-Funnel Fluency: A deep understanding of the mechanics of SDR/BDR motions, Partner ecosystems, and the AE/AM lifecycle
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to act as a trusted advisor to VPs of Sales and RevOps, translating complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives
- Mathematical Prowess: Strong grasp of statistical concepts (regression, trend analysis) applied to sales velocity and forecasting
- Leadership Mindset: A ‘bias toward action’ with a focus on operational excellence and mentoring individual contributors
