E-commerce Operations & Growth Associate

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce brand looking for a Operations & Growth Associate to work on multiple areas of the business, including operations, marketing, product development, research, and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Take ownership of projects from start to finish
• Conduct research and turn findings into actionable solutions
• Support and improve e-commerce operations (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
• Identify inefficiencies and implement better systems and workflows
• Assist with product development, sourcing, and testing
• Brainstorm and execute growth opportunities and new ideas
• Handle a mix of daily operational tasks and strategic initiatives
