Removery is seeking a Growth Director to lead their end-to-end new client acquisition engine across North America. The role will be responsible for demand performance, funnel optimization, and conversion outcomes. The Growth Director will work cross-functionally with studio operations, brand, technology, and analytics teams to ensure marketing demand converts into revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8 years of experience in growth and performance marketing
- 3 years of leadership capacity
- Experience with local SEO and reputation management at scale
- Proven history of scaling customer acquisition programs in a multi-location consumer services, healthcare, or retail environment
- Expertise in resource allocation across channels and funnel stages
