Global Technology Solutions at ResMed is looking for a Data Platform Engineer to join their Platform team in Ireland. The role involves building and supporting ResMed’s growing data ecosystem, with opportunities for learning, growth, and contributing to data systems that operate at global scale.
Requirements
- Build, maintain, and enhance data platform components and pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery using Python, SQL, and cloud-based tools.
- Develop and support analytics and data models in Snowflake using dbt or similar transformation frameworks.
- Collaborate with analytics engineers, data scientists, and product teams to understand data requirements and deliver trusted, well-modeled datasets.
- Implement basic testing, monitoring, and alerting to help ensure data quality, reliability, and operational health of the platform.
- Support platform foundations for analytics, reporting, and early-stage ML/AI use cases.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of data platform engineering processes.
