Human Resources (People) Data Analyst

Our People team partners with leaders to engage and attract high performing, diverse, entrepreneurial talent, and we’re looking for a Human Resources (People) Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and implement solutions that enhance HR efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Power BI: data modeling basics, DAX, Power Query, performance tuning, publishing, and workspace management.
• Intermediate Tableau: ability to read and translate legacy logic/workbooks into Power BI accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and clear documentation (handover notes, measure catalogs, parity checklists).
• Professional English; ability to work independently with global teams and align via short check-ins.
