Role Overview
The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst is responsible for providing ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support the VP Operational Finance and participating in the preparation of annual operating budgets and monthly reforecasts.
What You Will Do
Develops financial plans and reports for organizational leaders, analyzes industry trends, and makes recommendations based on those trends.

The Analyst is expected to manage their own execution while supporting broader team initiatives, and contribute to financial management of property by providing insights and recommendations on cash flow, cost identification and allocation, and risk management.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Polished appearance and demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
