Role Overview
The Project Manager will lead projects from initiation to successful completion, responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder coordination, budget management, risk mitigation, and ensuring on-time delivery, as well as identifying and developing new project opportunities and strategic accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in Project Sales within the Electrical, Switchgear, Automation, or Industrial Solutions industry, with a strong technical knowledge of Switchgear and Automation products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics preferred) or equivalent
- MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage
- 7-10 years of experience in Project Sales within the Electrical, Switchgear, Automation, or Industrial Solutions industry
- Proven experience handling project business in the East Region
- Experience working with End Users, Panel Builders, OEMs, Contractors, and Consultants
- Strong technical knowledge of Switchgear and Automation products
- Understanding of project sales cycles, tendering, and commercial processes
