Requirements
- Five years proven and progressive related sales and marketing experience
- Knowledge of commercial lending practices and lending approval process
- Excellent public relations and sales skills
- Ability to build and maintain an average $30 million pipeline
- Expected annual loan origination volume of $75MM to $100MM per year
