Title: Sales Operations Analyst (Salesforce / Q2C)

Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)

We are hiring a hands-on Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support core quote-to-cash operations with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ. This is an execution-focused individual contributor role ideal for someone with strong experience in pricing, approvals, quoting, and cross-functional deal support. The ideal candidate will bring a strong operational mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to improve efficiency across Salesforce-based sales processes.

What You Will Do

• Execute quote-to-cash processes including quoting, pricing, approvals, and order support
• Manage and support Salesforce CPQ workflows, pricing rules, approval flows, and quote generation
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and Deal Desk to resolve deal issues and improve execution
• Support system enhancements, process optimization, and operational issue resolution across Q2C workflows
• Maintain high standards for data accuracy, compliance, and turnaround time in a fast-paced environment

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate

• 5–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Quote-to-Cash, or Salesforce CPQ-focused roles
• Deep hands-on Salesforce CPQ expertise is required, especially in pricing, approvals, and quoting
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and quote-to-cash processes
• Ability to support complex pricing and approval scenarios with strong accuracy and execution discipline
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
• Salesforce certifications such as CPQ Specialist or Administrator
• Experience supporting CPQ enhancements, implementations, or process improvement initiatives
