Requirements
- Manage & refine HubSpot CRM architecture
- Construct and oversee performance dashboards across the full sales funnel
- Lead data integrity initiatives and enrichment for all records and deal entities
- Architect and implement sales automation strategies
- Leverage LLMs and AI platforms like Gemini or Claude to scale analysis
- Generate high-intent account and prospect lists for targeted outreach efforts
- Execute a significant strategic project quarterly
- Formalize sales methodologies while collaborating with leadership
