Role Overview
As a New Account Manager at Roche Diagnostics, you will capture and conquer new strategic accounts to expand patient access to high-quality medical solutions. You will drive the sustainable growth of the company, generating a positive impact in the healthcare system and society.
What You Will Do
Analyze marketing and business plans, design conquest strategies, lead the creation and execution of integrated commercial offers, and conduct national field visits to execute conquest plans and detect new opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business, or Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) sector
- Commercial Experience: At least 3 years in commercial roles, with a focus on prospecting, customer development, and opening new accounts
- Relationship Management and Access: Demonstrated capacity in Stakeholder Mapping, Stakeholder Management, and ease of access to decision-makers
- Innovative and proactive profile with a Growth Mindset, commercial ambition, high prioritization capacity, and excellent communication skills
