Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Specialist Marketing Operations who is responsible for the legal and financial control tasks in the area of Global Marketing & Communications (GMC) at Roland Berger.
What You Will Do
You will ensure precise, efficient, and transparent processes in the areas of finance, law, supplier management, and governance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management or a comparable program
- At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the consulting field
- Strategic and analytical thinking ability and the ability to clearly communicate complex topics
- High level of personal responsibility, reliability, and problem-solving ability
- Fluent German and English in writing and speaking; additional foreign languages are an asset
