Roo is a veterinary staffing platform that connects veterinarians with animal hospitals for relief work and hiring opportunities. The Senior Growth Analyst will work closely with product, marketing, sales, and finance to identify growth opportunities and measure execution against targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical or strategy role
- Strong preference for experience spanning both product analytics and GTM functions at a marketplace or high-growth startup
- Fluent in SQL and ability to author complex, production-quality queries
- Experience designing and interpreting experiments
- Ability to communicate clearly with sales, product, marketing, and finance stakeholders
