Role Overview
This is a 9 months temporary assignment to provide exemplary levels of service to customers by managing orders from receipt through to delivery. Work with engineering, purchasing and manufacturing to ensure customer requirements are met in full.
What You Will Do
Identify and use price lists to provide customers with accurate pricing and lead-time, identify and resolve order queries with customers and ensure that their requirements are correctly interpreted and fully understood.

The role would suit a determined problem-solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience in the valve industry, and experience in using an ERP system.
Requirements
- Basic technical knowledge (electrical, pneumatic/hydraulic, instrumentation, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or in contract management
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Commercial awareness or customer service experience
