FP&A Manager

Role Overview

Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) is seeking a motivated finance professional to lead strategy and investment oversight for the APS portfolio. This individual will manage a team of two analysts and partner closely with the Finance Strategy Lead, FP&A Director, and ultimately the APS CFO.

What You Will Do

Manage current-year investments, conduct burn rate analyses, prepare and present quarterly investment reviews, and develop ad hoc financial analyses and reports for leadership.

This role requires a motivated finance professional with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Program Controls (Cost and/or Schedule), or the Estimate at Completion (EAC) process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Program Controls (Cost and/or Schedule), or the Estimate at Completion (EAC) process
• Experience with SAP business systems, including Business Warehouse (BW) toolsets, or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms
