We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data Analyst to support the ongoing evolution of Dynamics 365 CRM as a core enterprise platform. The CRM is used to manage customer, account, and stakeholder information across the organization, and the successful candidate will analyze data quality metrics, support data governance frameworks, and partner with internal stakeholders to improve data standards and validation rules.
Requirements
- Monitor data quality metrics across key CRM entities
- Support implementation and tracking of data governance frameworks, including data ownership and accountability models
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve data standards, validation rules, and enforcement mechanisms
- Analyze user engagement patterns to identify adoption gaps and opportunities for improvement
