Taiwan SRP and Strategic Growth Programs Principal Financial Analyst

The Strategic Sensors and Precision Strike (SSPS) Product Area team within Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Strategic Business Unit of Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Finance professional to assume the role of Principal Financial Analyst for the Follow-on-Sustainment phase of the Taiwan Surveillance Radar Program (SRP) and set of Strategic Growth Programs (SGP).

Requirements

• Support the execution of monthly earned value management cost and schedule control processes, analysis, and reporting to program leaders and stakeholders
• Be a trusted business partner with all internal and external stakeholders to drive excellence in financial execution
• Brief senior program and functional leaders on program execution status displaying exceptional financial and business acumen
• Analyze key financial data that will enable sound program decision making; this includes earned value cost and schedule metrics, estimates at complete (EACs), program investments, and manpower planning
• Manage and maintain program baselines and ensure accuracy and timeliness of program cost charging aligned to business directives and policies
• Drive efficiencies, agility, and speed into financial processes utilizing the most up to date digital technology tools, training, and resources.
• Understand and execute within the guidelines of company and business policies and procedures and ethical standards
• Deliver monthly financial report to the customer for Strategic Growth Programs
• Attend reviews and interact with Strategic Growth Programs customer
