Ruby Labs is seeking a Growth Product Manager to drive ARPU optimization by increasing product value and deepening user engagement within our subscription products. The successful candidate will own a clear, measurable goal – achieving a 15% quarterly ARPU increase through improvements in retention, engagement, and perceived product value.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product management with proven results in ARPU, retention, or engagement growth.
- Hands-on and accountable from hypothesis to production; experienced in stakeholder management and delivery.
- Strong ability to extract insights from product data, user behavior, and feedback. Hands-on proficiency with Mixpanel – including building boards, funnels, cohorts, and custom reports.
- Actively uses Claude and other AI tools in daily work – for prototyping, analysis, writing, and problem-solving.
- Innovative thinker with experience designing retention mechanisms and engagement features, including AI-generated product concepts.
- Deep understanding of user lifecycle, retention psychology, and value-based growth.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering an excellent user experience.
- Proficient with analytics tools, cohort analysis, backlog management, and data-driven decision-making.
