The Senior Account Manager / Team Lead is responsible for providing outstanding client service and advisory support to new and existing clients, leading a team of Commercial Account Managers, and building and maintaining client relationships.
Requirements
- Valid NJ Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses
- 5+ years Commercial account management experience with an agency or risk management department
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent customer service mindset and skills
- Ability to multi-task and complete work with a sense of urgency
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of insurance company rating systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with agency management software
