Role Overview
Join our team as an Industrial Regional Sales Manager to build and manage the industrial business within the assigned territory, establish long-term relationships with key customers, and achieve yearly booking targets.
What You Will Do
Identify top potential industrial customers, define sales plans, call on customers regularly, and maintain relationships with in-house stakeholders. Travel up to 75% of the time to ensure close contact with customers.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in the pump industry, a Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, and the ability to develop and execute individual business plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in the pump industry within sales or internal sales positions
- Availability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
