Role Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a defined territory in Western Canada, leading strategic focus with regular interface for assigned accounts, and increasing sales to expand market share and profitably grow Ruhrpumpen’s product offerings and aftermarket services.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include being a single point of contact for customers, growing business in all market segments, maintaining active communications with in-house personnel, developing and maintaining relationships with buying influences, and identifying and working with customers to understand and define individual needs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, 5+ years of experience in similar roles selling pump products and services in Western Canada, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to develop and execute individual business plans and be available to travel up to 50% of the time.
