SafeNow is a startup developing an app that gives users immediate access to locally relevant helpers. We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager to manage complex B2B customers and ensure maximum customer satisfaction and smooth operation.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or managing complex Enterprise accounts
  • Executive Presence
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong customer orientation & ownership mentality
  • Conflict management & communication skills
  • Good technical understanding
  • Experience in the environment of football stadiums, arenas, or security-critical large events
  • Travel willingness (10-30%)
  • Very good German and English skills
