Requirements
- Extensive experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or managing complex Enterprise accounts
- Executive Presence
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong customer orientation & ownership mentality
- Conflict management & communication skills
- Good technical understanding
- Experience in the environment of football stadiums, arenas, or security-critical large events
- Travel willingness (10-30%)
- Very good German and English skills
