Role Overview
The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will be pivotal to Salesloft’s success, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations and owning the recurring, data-intensive engine that keeps the Revenue Operations function running. The role will involve leading cross-functional strategic projects, owning quarterly bonus payment calculations, and maintaining and refining capacity models and forecast algorithms.
What You Will Do
On a day-to-day basis, the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will lead cross-functional strategic projects, own quarterly bonus payment calculations, maintain and refine capacity models and forecast algorithms, and own weekly KPI pulls and builds the reporting tools and dashboards.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business/Data Analytics, or another relevant quantitative field
- Looker/Tableau (data visualization) experience preferred
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills
- Track record of using data to transform business processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience building or using AI agents/tools (e.g. Claude) to automate recurring analyses is a plus, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
